SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS & GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS AND GLOBAL FULFILLMENT

We are proud to offer high-quality, innovative products directly to our customers. To provide you with the best possible value, we utilize a global fulfillment network. This means our items are shipped directly from our international warehouse partners and overseas production facilities.

By cutting out traditional retail middlemen, we pass significant cost savings directly to you. Consequently, transit times may take slightly longer than domestic shipping. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept our fulfillment methods and the associated transit times.

SECTION 3 - ORDER MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

To ensure rapid processing and delivery, orders are sent to our fulfillment centers almost immediately after being placed.

     Processing Time: Orders typically require 1-3 business days to process.

     No Cancellations: Once an order has been successfully placed and enters the processing stage, it cannot be canceled, modified, or altered under any circumstances. Please review your cart and shipping information carefully prior to checkout.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RISK OF LOSS

When you purchase items from our store, you agree to our shipping and delivery terms:

     Customs and Duties: Depending on your location, your package may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees. The customer is solely responsible for paying any and all customs duties or import fees associated with their order.

     Shipping Delays: We are not liable for any shipping delays caused by carrier issues, extreme weather conditions, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances. Automatic refunds will not be issued for delayed transit times.

     Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for packages that fail to deliver due to incorrect, incomplete, or missing destination information (e.g., missing apartment numbers, incorrect zip codes) provided at checkout. No refunds will be issued for delivery failures resulting from customer error. Reshipment fees will apply if you request the package to be sent again.

     Risk of Loss (Anti-Porch Pirate Clause): The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Once the shipping carrier scans your package and updates the tracking status to "Delivered" at the exact address provided during checkout, our liability entirely concludes. We do not issue refunds or free reshipments for packages that are stolen, misplaced, or lost after being marked as delivered.

SECTION 5 - RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND RESTOCKING FEES

Our comprehensive Return and Refund Policy governs all purchases made on this site. Key terms include:

     Evidence Requirement: Any claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items MUST be reported within 72 hours of the tracking status showing "Delivered." Clear photographic or video evidence of the defect and the original packaging is strictly required. Claims without visual proof will be systematically denied.

     Buyer's Remorse & Restocking: Returns made for personal reasons (e.g., changing your mind) within our 30-day window are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

     Return Shipping: Customers are strictly responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective due to a manufacturing error.

     All returns must be authorized by our Support Team prior to shipping to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

SECTION 6 - GOOD FAITH DISPUTE RESOLUTION

We are deeply committed to providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues fairly and swiftly.

By using our Service, you agree to a "Good Faith Resolution" process. If you encounter any problem with your order, billing, or delivery, you agree to contact our Support Team via email directly before filing any dispute or chargeback with your bank, credit card provider, Stripe, or PayPal. Chargeback investigations can take banks up to 75 days to resolve, whereas our Support Team can typically offer immediate resolutions, including replacements or refunds when applicable. We kindly ask for the opportunity to assist you directly first.

SECTION 7 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no case shall Signform Studio, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

SECTION 8 - SEVERABILITY

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
