ORDERING & PRODUCTION
How are your products made? At Signform Studio, we believe in mindful creation. To reduce overproduction and environmental waste, every apparel piece is made-to-order. This means your t-shirt or hoodie is printed specifically for you the moment you place your order.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? Because we begin processing your made-to-order items almost immediately, you have a strict 1-hour window after placing your order to request a cancellation, size change, or address update. Please contact us immediately within this timeframe. Once the 1-hour window passes, the order goes into production and can no longer be altered.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
When will my order arrive? Since your item is custom-crafted, please allow a little time for perfection.

Production Time: 2 - 5 business days to print and quality-check your garment.

Shipping Time (US): 3 - 7 business days after production. Overall, most US customers receive their orders within 5 to 12 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your package ships.
I ordered multiple items. Will they arrive together? Usually, yes. However, depending on the specific items ordered and our partner facilities' capacities, your order might be split into multiple shipments. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package at no extra shipping cost to you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return/exchange policy? Because every piece from Signform Studio is custom-printed specifically for you upon ordering, we are unable to accept returns or offer size exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. We highly encourage you to review our detailed Size Guide on each product page before purchasing.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective? Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our priorities. If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply send us an email with a clear photo of the issue, and we will arrange a free replacement for you immediately.
SIZING & CARE
How do your garments fit? We source premium, retail-fitting garments (like our signature heavyweight cotton tees and cozy blend hoodies). They run true to size for a standard, comfortable fit. If you prefer that relaxed, oversized streetwear aesthetic, we strongly recommend sizing up 1 to 2 sizes.
How should I care for my printed apparel? To keep your graphic looking pristine and the fabric feeling soft:
